A long-casting, buoyant jerkbait, best fished with fast twitches, or
cranked very fast. I rarely troll it but it caught me a nice mid-double
pike in Holland in 2003 trolled over a weedy plateau on a big sand pit.
It is a very good pike catcher, and the usual Salmo build quality means
it is pretty indestructible, although the finish will eventually begin
to bear pike-induced battle scars like this one. |
